The guest relations staff ms. Nourhan was checking daily on us to see if we need anything or have complaints she was so nice. She and mr. Mohamed Abdullah helped me preparing a surprise cake for a special occasion and it was the most delicious cake and wonderful surprise. Everyone including the animation team, room service staff, chefs, and waiters all are to be thanked for their superior service and hard work. I remember some names but not all mr. Sabry, Ragab, Ahmed, Hazem, Nour, Pola, pepsi, Alis, and honestly everyone in this resort was above and beyond. They work for you to come back not to help you one time only. I hope to see them again very soon and enjoy the yummy food and nice beach and pools. The room is spacious and beds are really comfy.
