Overlooking the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it offers a heated indoor pool and pampering spa treatments. Location was perfect for visiting the ancient town. Breakfast was good. The layout of the hotel was interesting and liked that there were several entrances into the old town. Staff were attentive especially Kokole (? spelling) who cleaned the three rooms we occupied. On the last night, she even left the door to the safe opened as a reminder that I had items in the safe. Very thoughtful. The hotel compound was beautiful and well maintained. Shame there were no balconies to sit and view the gardens from the upstairs rooms.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent facilities! A great romantic place to stay for a couple and also perfect for families with kids. The rooms were very comfortable and well decorated and pool and gym were excellent. And the staff were the most gracious and helpful.
