The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service between the property and Yangjiajie Ticket Office in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We reached at night and they provided clear instructions via the app on how to advise the taxi to reach the place, and waited outside for us to help with luggage. They brought us to the town area for dinner and also to a convenience store to get drinks and snacks. They were also very generous with giving tips on itinerary and helped us plan out a route with lesser queues. The hotel was located very near the mountain forest attraction. Breakfast provided was really delicious and we ordered dinner from them as well. The staff were friendly and we felt really well taken care of. I'll definitely be back again!

For guests' convenience, free parking is available. Everything was exceptional. I’ve never felt so cared for at a hotel and I travel quite a bit. From arrangements made to visit parks, to an unbelievably good breakfast and dinner! Try the duck, it’s fantastic.

It equipes two swimming pool for adult and children. While swimming, guests can enjoy the Tianmen Mountain view. Free breakfast is offered. Tianmen Mout Tian's Resort has its own restaurant, guests can take meals here. After the meal, you can take a walk in back yard. It has the BBQ facilities which help you to enjoy the nice gathering with friends. The soft drinks are available in the lounge bar. I liked absolutely everything! There is a free shuttle service from and to the station. There is a restaurant with an electronic menu, which is very convenient. The lobby and restaurant area is stylishly decorated. For communication, the hosts used a translation gadget and downloaded our language - it's just wow! We had pre-booked tickets for attractions. The hotel has an elevator and the room has smart curtains that open themselves. One of the best hotels we have visited in China.

Location is excellent with a view to Tianmen Shan, very few properties have that luxury. Luo and his mom is a fantastic host, their breakfast is beautiful and delicious, homemade local delicacy. Luo also helps book the park entrance tickets in advance ( required at least 5 days ahead, popular destination) and gives detailed tour instructions.
The location is beautiful. I love how it is close to nature. Very peaceful surrounding. And close proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Service was first class. Rain & Frankie always responded promptly to our requests. They also helped with our tour plan and entrance tickets. Food was delicious and freshly prepared. We also enjoyed the tea tasting at the resort and the high quality flower tea available there.
my stay at YOLO was absolutely incredible! I booked a tent but due to rain and thunderstorms I got upgraded to a double room completely free of charge! The staff are just the sweetest people ever and as a solo traveler they really made an effort to make me feel at home :-) It was also very easy to meet other travelers as the resort attracts international guests and everyone arrives and gathers under the big tent roof! Thank you to the lovely team at YOLO for making my stay so special :-) ps: they have baby animals!!
Surrounded by tea plantation and peaks,The staff plan our itinerary and booked our tickets for the Park in advance and guided us on how to get to the resort. Amazing Sunset and Sunset we saw, It's moments like these that make this place a destination worth returning to time and time again.

Very cozy and calm environment. Super friendly personnel. Rain helped us a lot with all tickets to National Park and transfer. We felt like home. The rooms and the place of the hotel is great! Very luxury experience. Our highlight is the cinema is the room😀👍 The breakfast was also nice.
It was a beautiful room and well kept. Including the owner, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Communicating with a phone translation app worked very well with all the staff. Breakfast was to my taste and always prepared freshly when I came to eat. Lee's Boutique Resort shows a very good example.
