The lady that was our property contact was available and answered our question. The house consists of a living room and bathroom at the bottom floor and then a master bedroom and two rooms with single beds and a bathroom at the top floor. Also, small dogs are allowed which was great. The house interior was beautiful and there was fireplace.

Very very outstanding Service and a very friendly Receptionist, As the restaurant had been full with another celebration, we got the conference room prepared for us to be able to eat dinner in the hotel. Everything had been very well and much mor than expected. we can recommend that. thank you for the very good and outstanding service We were 3 Persons.
An exceptionally great value apartment located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and amenities like the pool and ice-rink. Host made check-in easy - very welcoming. Great local knowledge and happy to direct and ensure you get the most from the stay. A short drive to the ski resort, around 12 minutes. Very easy to park each night. Great attention to detail, especially in the kitchen where you have everything and more you'd need for any meal prep. The host has done a great job.
Great location. 5-10 minute walk up hill to the Borovets Ski Gondola. 15 minute walk to the bottom Ski resort. The self catering accommodation is basic but fit for purpose for if you wanted to prepare a meal in your room. The property seemed to be very clean. The staff didn’t seem to mind us walking to our room in Ski boots. Baggage room was available for late flights post check out. Cheap and cost effective. I would stay again.
Simple cheap ski accomodation…nice and warm, all worked ok. Basic amenities…a bit tired and only the bare essentials in place…electrics a little ‘interesting’. Wi-Fi non existent… Water on demand but only provided enough for one bath and one shower before refreshing… Overall it was cheap enough in a reasonable resort with plenty to do…
First time staying in an apartment in borovets after 6 years of staying in different hotels. This was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in at the resort. The apartment was huge! Plenty of cooking facilities although we didn't use them as we prefere to eat out anyway. New spa facilities on site too which was a very welcome surprise. Communication with the host was seamless and he is always on hand. Will definitely be booking again!
The atmosphere was nice. The landscapes and views from the balcony was breathtaking. Close to the forest, and with nearby eco trail, it was perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were clean and felt luxury and comforting at the same time. Employees are welcoming and always ready to help you out - everyone from the registration, the restaurant, the hygienists. The spa is perfect, has everything needed to get relaxed. Also, its close enough to the lift and the ski resort.
Very good value for money complex. Large apartments, jacuzzi in every room, prizes 20-30% lower the the other SPA resorts in Bulgaria
The location was excellent, very quiet and convenient for all facilities. Breakfast was really good with beautiful view. We really felt the comfort and tranquility of home but the luxury of what the resort had to offer.
