The room was so big that by the time I returned from the toilet to my bed, I had to go again....

Everything was great: the food, the drinks, the pool view, the location of the hotel, the show program and activities for the kids. We recommend and definitely want to come back.

Located around less than 1 km from Bamboo Beach, the resort with free WiFi is also a 14-minute walk away from Harmanite Beach. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a sea view. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is tasty and you get plenty of fresh fruit with it. The location is just 4-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You also get free parking inside the complex. But what stands this place out is the service. This is probably the only place where I have stayed and I can say that the service has been exceptional without exaggeration. Nadja (our host) went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Firstly, I got a call day before our stay asking us whether we want to check in early because our room was going to be available earlier. Secondly, when we got to the hotel our room was upgraded to an apartment free of charge. Then when our friends who also stayed at the hotel at the same time asked her whether she can help them call a cab to get them to the beach bar they wanted to go, she offered and drived them there herself. And then finally we all got late check out for free. I can probably go on with a few more things but these few examples can show you how great the service was during our short (only 2 days) stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are already planning another visit this summer. Thank you for making our stay so amazing 👏

Everything was excellent, you can’t show it on pictures or explain in words. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big, every 3 days the rooms are cleaned and everything changed, the pools are crystal clear, staff is very nice and polite, the greenery is very beautifull and the staff is maintaining it everyday. All in all, a very very nice experience and i would recommend everyone to go there

Free entrance to Aquapark Paradise Nessebar is offered for all guests. Everything was more than we had hoped or expected! The hotel upgraded us to an apartment which was super 👍The hotel is so new and modern, everything was clean and top notch. The food was amazing ! We were lucky to be there for opening night of the Fusion restaurant, and we were blown away by the food, so tasty! ⭐️ As a family travelling ofc we were wondering how our kids will enjoy the trip: they loved it and that’s all due to the Animation World aka The Purple People 💜 We couldn’t have asked for better people to entrust our kids with. The AW team were so kind and encouraging, the kids felt so happy when around them! Thanks so much for an amazing time, we can’t wait till we can come back 🙌
