Rooms are fitted with air conditioning, and some rooms at the resort have a balcony. Everything is great, although I had a big accident - I fell and injured my spine due to my carelessness. The reaction of the hotel staff (and the English guests as well) was fantastic - I received first aid immediately. Then the amazing Mr. Durim appeared on behalf of the hotel - he put me in the car, drove me to the Skodar Emergency Hospital, was with me the whole time while I was doing x-rays and ultrasound of the abdomen, and returned me to the hotel (all health services, Mr. Durim made it free!!!). On my way back to the hotel, the owner met me and offered me a night IN HIS OWN HOUSE, in case I was scared or under stress or in severe pain. Where, except in Albania, is there such a relationship towards the guest? Once again, thanks to everyone at the hotel, and to the staff of the first aid station in Shkodër.

We wanted accomodation with a pool to enjoy a relaxing pool day. This hotel was amazing - great pools, ample pool chairs and umbrellas, great mojitos from the pool bar. Room was very comfortable. Staff lovely and very attentive. Great music at the pool but loud! Perfect place to stay if you’re wanting a relaxing day
