Ms Kishi also was super friendly and helpful..... She even took us to the hotel tour and suggested various water sports activities........

Absolutely loved food. Pool and beach side was very nice, the staff working at the hotel outstanding service. All my treatments in the spa was relaxing and as I expected. Overall great time definitely coming back.

Everything! This was one of the best resorts I have been to. The breakfast was fantastic, the service was excellent! James the manager at breakfast was a true gem! He ensured I had my cappuccino and any refill if needed. The attendees at breakfast stood at the table watching over my toddler as my wife and I went to get refills. This is first time we experienced such hospitality! My room was upgraded to the deluxe King room which boasted breathtaking views. I will surely be visiting soon!

I love their hospitality and fantastic customer service, we went there to celebrate our anniversary and they send me a beautiful gift which I really loved, they surprised us with the cake and very warm and beautiful massage. Plus they send us afternoon tea to our room. I would like to thanks the general manager Mr. Antonio Cardiillo and front officer manager Mis. Divya Marwah and the interior The Oberai Beach Resort for making this stay memorable for us.
We were little disappointed with the room size and the facilities. To be honest, we are a regular customer of doubletree and bin majid so comparatively the room was small. I took single beds and ended up sleeping on the floor. Plus, other resorts offer jet ski, banana boat and alot more in all-inclusive but at bahi it was more like lunch+breakfast+dinner. But the service was fast and staff was amazing. The food was beyond expectations...
