Everything was very nice. Living room could have been alittle larger for a 4 bedroom villa.

    The onsite restaurant was closed. One of our favorite things at the resort is eating breakfast at this restaurant. Hoping it will be open next year.

    The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was quiet and oh so peaceful. The room was clean, the pool was clean. I would recommend the Bird's Nest Resort to everyone.

    This is to all people who want to thinking rent this house . I was in put in bay area around 11:30pm with 5 month baby . I don't find any hotel in that area, And i book this so called house. I call the property to get directions but the dude who received my call told me he is a driver he don’t know anything,need to call resort to get a pin and conformation. I told him that i have both information with me in my email. He hang up his phone and never received phone again.

    Room size was great. Facility location was in a great spot. Close to everything. Loved the morning phone call about the resort. Was able to figure out parking, golf cart rental, cab service. Gentleman at check in was fantastic and very informative.

    The staff was wonderful, all of the golf carts were sold out, but Jack went above and beyond to get us one from another one of their resorts. We had an amazing weekend, the amenities vs price was perfect. Highly recommend.
