Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
The location was the only perk. Everything else was a major let down and not up to the standard of a Hilton. Our group was very disappointed. I do not recommend this location unless it is a last resort.
The staff was very nice:
1. The older white man with a lot of tattoos;
2. The manager, Ms Suarez(not sure of the spelling);
3. The cleaning lady (a slim, black lady, she has a few front teeth missing - BUT - she made my day).
4. My daughter liked the TV
As a last resort, these nice people would be the ONLY reasons I ever go back to APM☹️
filthy carpet. filthy rugs. filthy couches. filthy ceiling fans years of dirt. sad this is now Luxury. contacted e mail I got nobody on property and all I got was an excuse.
The view was amazing from our room and the view from the pool was even better. Their pool lounge is so chill and resort like, especially with the heated pool!
