The location, first of all, cannot be beat. If you need to be in the center of Boston and are on a budget. This place is perfect. It's not a luxury experience. But it's safe, quiet and the wifi worked without a problem. The a/c and heating worked, the shower worked great - good water pressure and temperature. If you like no-frills and amazing deals hotel travel, this is a great place to stay.

The staff at this hotel was incredible. It was the best experience I've had with staff at a hotel, including five-star luxury hotels. They are a great team.

Coming from the U.K. I didn’t realise it was a wynne resort. So upon arriving I was shocked my hotel was a mall, casino, nightclub, wine bar and spa. That being said although expensive for 1 night as I was transiting from Logan Airport to NYC it was very clean tidy and a beautiful room. I would have liked to have spent more time there.

nothing. scammed out of money with hidden fees. it was a basic hotel pretending to be a “resort” and the staff at the restaurants could not have been more rude.

The location was fine, the check-in was easy. Everything was clean and it's nice that we got vouchers for resort fees and a free pair of drinks at the Moxy bar.

We booked a corner King Room which was really modern and spacious. There is a Resort Fee, but it covered all in room tea/coffee and plenty of snacks which were replenished regularly. The bathroom is modern and well equipped with supplies. There are many great restaurants within a few blocks. As are the theatres as well as the Common.
