Amber Lai was the manager during our stay, and her responsiveness and warm servicing attitude, was exceptional.

Big resort, great options for food. Really helpful staff. Manager also a nice guy as they did not see a lot of western tourist there. Bit off season so many of the pools but the main one was closed (also hot springs at that pool). Short ride to taroko

The B&B is run by a nice family, who cares about their guests' comfort. I liked the small luxury of always having some fruit prepared in the evening.

The breakfast is amazing, well-prepared by the host. He is so nice and helpful. The place is beautiful like a mini resort leaned toward the small towns surrounded by mountains.
It’s very modern. I got the big room with a big window front. There are some other rooms I don’t know if they have the same luxury.
It’s clean. The breakfast toast was actually really good and Hualien is a very chill town with lots of nice and pleasant people.
Resort with lots of facilities. Room was spacious with large beds. Rooms were renovated so modern and sleek. Breakfast spread with huge variety and was delicious!
An exceptionally pretty villa, like a mini resort. The location is great, near center yet very quiet. Really enjoy the spacious garden with many types of plants and flowers. The rooms are fully furnitured, well-decorated with some sort of Japanese vintage style. The free exceptional breakfast is the cherry of top of our stay here.
I stayed at Dongxu Resort with my parents. We went there during the end of the season so things were a bit quiet. Staff were wonderful and always at hand for assistance.
