The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel.
It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny.
Truly 5 star experience.

My stay was lovely. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, not many choice but every option was delicious. Friendly staff and spa was great for relaxation. Bali Massage is highly recommended!

Words are not enough to describe. Lots of restaurants inside for different meals, very much helpful staffs, huge private beach, excellent service. Very much children friendly. They arranged taxi & rental car for us.
