Amazing location. It felt like living in a tree house high on the cliff. Despite the rustic environment, the room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bed was really comfy and there was a nice hammock to relax in on the patio. The view was amazing. This room was a great place to relax. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They helped arrange transport from the pier to the hotel and even sent someone down to help us carry our bags up the steps. They offer laundry services as well which were very fast. The restaurant was great and we never got tired of eating there during our stay. The view from the restaurant cant be beat and the food was delicious. As others have mentioned, the route up to the resort from the beach is very steep. If you have limited mobility or travel with a million pieces of luggage this might not work for you, but for anyone else I highly recommend this place and I hope that I can make it back some day.

This place is just amazing. We booked a Bungalow on the Rocks and were guided to this cute, wooden bungalow on top of the rocks with the whole ocean as our view. Big terrace with a hammock, chairs and table. Big bungalow with cosy bed with mosquito net and enough space to store the clothes. The bathroom was also super big and had hot water. The most beautiful thing was waking up with the sunrise. Being able to see this whole laying in bed was just magical. Also the sound of the ocean is quite loud (we loved it), so you here nothing from the neighbors or other sounds. You are in the nature. So expect some small animals as visitors in the bathroom from time to time. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Great location and probably our favorite place now on Koh Phangan.

We had a perfect holiday experience at the havana beach resort. The beach with the wunderful blue sea is just amazing. There are good bars around. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are getting cleaned every day.

Great resort for families traveling with small children (shallow water, food choices, service and amenities). Resort is owner run and you notice that staff is long time retained, treated well and working as a great team. Bungalows are good and clean. Garden is beautiful. End of beach location is quiet. Spa offers high quality massage.

This place should be named Perfect Beach Resort rather than Nice. The rooms are specious and well decorated, the staff and service are kind and helpful and the food is great. We loved our time on the most beautiful beach, rented a SUP board and took late afternoon swims during sunset. Will definitely be back, thank you Bao and team!

A beautiful quiet place in a cozy village far from the city. A calm beach where it is pleasant to swim and doing morning jogging. After reading some reviews, we were a little afraid to come here. But we decided to and we did not regret it. Yes, I agree that the rooms are quite tired. But as we found out, it wasn’t easy for many hotels here after covid. The bed linen was quite good and we did not find it as bad as it was in the previously reviews. When checking into the bungalow, the AC did not work and there were some downsides in the room. But the hotel staff resolved it, and the rooms were quite good. As for the people working there, most of them seemed good and friendly people. Some of them have been working in this place for quite a long time and try to keep this place in good condition. There were also a couple of children of hotel staff who were cheerful and interested in sports. On the hotel territory has very affectionate cats and a very noisy little dog)) The hotel is located quite far from the city, so be prepared to pay a little more for transfer. Also you can ask about transfer on reception. But in the village and on the beach nearby there are good places to eat and several shops and fruit stands (7/11 temporary was closed). Probably due to the fact that the hotel is remote on the island, especially in the evening and morning you can enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful sky (starlight hotel)). We loved our stay here, the rooms and grounds are constantly kept clean, bottled water is provided daily and the air con works great. The rooms are a stones throw from the beach and the pool is great for a cool down. The restaurant and bar area are great, the atmosphere is 10/10 and the food and service is 10/10. We would love to come and visit again, the staff and manager are brilliant, very helpful with arranging bikes/laundry etc. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, made our stay on Koh Phangan even better!

Everything was just amazing, one of the most beautiful places we have been, very quiet, lush garden, wonderful stuff, everything around in short walking distance...small layed back village, best place in Koh Panghan. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere like us, you are exactly going to the right place.
