The accommodation, the food and the staff were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and build with a lot of love. The staff were always very friendly and extremely helpful. Once the remote control for an air conditioning unit broke down. Of course we couldn't get a new one in the evening. However, a mobile air conditioning unit was provided instead until the new remote control arrived the next day. Fantastic!
We also took the trip on the bamboo raft and that was a very special experience. We actually spent most of the time floating in the river next to the boat with our life jackets on. That was sooo great and unforgettable.
Thanks again for everything. We would love to come back.

The resort is set up above the banks of the River Kwai in the tree canopy, which is a really nice location. The rooms and the cafe are situated with a good view of the river and are clean and inviting. Breakfasts and dinners were good and freshly prepared and the staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful, set in a lovely landscaped situation, well looked after and stocked with clean towels. We enjoyed kayaking on the river and swimming in the pool, the quiet location, the view across the river and the sounds of frogs, birds and animals in the surrounding forest canopy. We also enjoyed a day's hiking at the Erawan waterfalls which is a short drive away, and we enjoyed hiring a boat for a trip down the river.

We were staying in top-of-the-bill rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony; the rooms were really magnificent. It's a great place to stay; i would definitely recommend the river rafting that the hotel is offering. To go around you have to arrange transport.

We stayed in the off season as there were very few people staying at the resort when we arrived. The room was clean and the pool was wonderful. It does not over look the River Kwai in case you are wondering. It actually over looks a small lake on the facility. Overall a nice place to stay. The staff was warm and inviting and I am glad we had the chance to stay.

This is a resort in the jungle, overlooking the River "Kwai" (Kwaae Noi), with excellent facilities including a very good all-day restaurant. The staff were helpful. In the grounds there is a small but interesting museum dedicated to the nearby "Burma railway".
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed in a River View Onsen Villa and it was 100% worth the extra money as the view was completely breathtaking, especially at sunset.
Overall in the resort the staff were friendly, facilities are good and well kept, food is nice.
