The location was terrific. It was Quiet and beautiful. Tucked away next to the beach, it avoided the loud bars and drunk tourists downtown. The staff were beyond friendly. When I left, I felt like I was leaving a family friend's house.

Everything was so well kept on the premises. Staff were great, and so was the owner who spoke good English. We had a bungalow, and it was so spacious and exceptionally clean. This was my 3rd visit to koh samet, and I will definitely come back to this place.

Stylish room with everything you need, including a hairdryer, safe, bathrobes, disposable hygiene kits, and even a sun umbrella. Crisp white bed linens and towels. Quick room cleaning upon request at the reception. Water, tea, coffee replenished daily. Always available free loungers. There's a beach cafe operated by the hotel. We ordered drinks for an extra charge. Beach towels with the hotel logo are changed at the reception without restrictions. Gentle sea entry, white sandy beach. Cafe with an excellent buffet breakfast. You could also order food to the room in the evening. We dined there for lunch. At the reception, there's a drinks vending machine and a refrigerator with ice cream. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. All issues were resolved quickly and without unnecessary delays. Excellent, professional team.

Clean and renovated rooms, most accomodating staff, everybody spoke english well and the facilities are great too. Food selection is good. Sand on the beach was nice and fine. The ocean seems to be at the shallow end where it will take you a long time, maybe around 300m, before you reach adequate depth for swimming and snorkeling. The waves were also moderate making it good for swimming.
