Fair price, food was good, staff very nice, it was okay-clean. The resort is by the beach, good to chill in a hammock during the day. It's a very quiet island to escape the busier ones.

Our stay in Room 1101 was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after every day out and about exploring around the town.
We didn’t get enough time to enjoy the hotel amenities but the views from the pool were breathtaking taking! The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. You get views of the pond and can even feed the fish!
The hotel's location was convenient for us, making it easy to access Ao Nang beach, activities and restaurants, they also provided a free shuttle service for this!
We had a very early checkout time and the staff were so accommodating and provided us with breakfast to go bags which was so lovely
Overall, our experience at Ban Sainai Resort was fantastic, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat

We loved this resort. It's leafy and green and feels like an oasis but you are still so close to everything you could ever need. Breakfast is lovely served by cheerful staff. Room is immaculate with a very comfortable bed, all tastefully done.

Fantastic, sprawling resort surrounded by beaches in a stunning location. The resort itself is lush and full of wildlife (monkeys, monitor lizards etc.) which makes it feel much more authentic and peaceful than the rest of Railay Bay, which is busy and over-developed. Phranang Beach in particular is beautiful, quiet in the morning and evening (when day-trippers have left) and bereft of the long-tail boats that blight Railay and Namtao beaches. Two of the resort restaurants face onto Phranang so offer stunning views while you eat.
Lux Family Villas Krabi Ao Nang offers villas located within a complex. There is a communal outdoor swimming pool with a special zone for children. Free WiFi is available.

The Villa Was very clean and actually the private pool was even better than the pictures provided previously.
Shuttle service was very convenient and did not need any other transportation method or even rent a scooter at all except late at night since the shuttle service ends at 9 pm

Very nice, small and quiet hotel with great cliff view. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were amazing, every day something was changed in the menu. Rooms are clean and nice especially the ones with direct pool access. Place is perfect for families. Very green. Although distance to the beach is like 20 min walk it's not a problem. 5 times a day hotel has transfer to the beach (free of charge). They can drive you to the beach any time for a small fee. 7 Eleven shop is located few minutes by walk. Restaurant is nice with reasonable prices. Main street is just few hundreds meters away. Close but in the evening far enough from noise.
