Our stay was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to fully unwind and relax. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout. We especially loved the spaciousness of the room, which was much larger than typical hotel accommodations, and the beautiful sea view made the experience even more enjoyable.

Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were decent too, we had a pool and sea view. And loved that they are pet friendly aswell. The coral reefs were also amazing just in front of the resort!

The free breakfast was good. What I like most is the unlimited brewed coffee available.
Perhaps Casita Ysabel could improve the food served for lunch and dinner. Think of buffet offers for guests ( lunch, merienda, dinner).
The staff were very polite and accommodating.
We rented water activities ( Kayak and snorkeling sets) which were reasonably priced.
Rooms are clean. It can be improved with new bedding linens. Overall the rustic vibe of the resort is what I like most.

Literally everything was good. It’s great location right at the seaside, my room was like 30 m from the water. The food at the restaurant was great, the staff - amazing, very welcoming. Resort manager was in touch with me and helped me to organised several tours around the village, boat tour. I felt great there. By the way the bed was exactly as I love it and pillows so comfy I slept really well
It’s a small resort, a relaxing place to o stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful, ready to solve any problems we have encountered with the facilities, even changed our room once.
It's a very nice place right by the sea.
