    For the City Butuan City this a top notch hotel because there is no chain hotels here so this is very nice and new property and I have stayed here in this area before in other hotels and a resort hotel that was not any good the rooms were subpar and not worth the money this hotel is located in a great spot near the SM Mall and a older mall is very close by but it has all your needs better money exchange rates that I noticed Grassano mall

    We had the whole house for ourselves, which was very convenient, the owner especially Randy is very kind, handy and helpful, a sweet heart. They tried their best to make you feel comfortable. The place is not like a resort, but more of a local experience of living which is nice if you're into it ☺️

    We love our room near the pond. Away from the pool noise, as we are day sleeper, thank goodness. Nice resort for a family, buffet food is average, staff we're quite nice especially Jeff and Rashid at the restaurant and SG Yoson. Definitely recommend this resort to our Australian family and friends. Thank you to Kath at the Front Desk for accommodating us from checking in and out.

    Breakfast was a buffet. The quality of the food was good. The service overall was very good. The rooms are equipped adequately. But the supply of drinking water was a bit short. The Resort facilities are well arranged and it is looking very fine. The pool area is beautiful.
