    Hotel strategically located in the outstanding CASCO ANTIGUO de Panama, where otherwise, only luxury boutique hotels are found. Very nice antique looking facade, inside, everything modern and functional.

    The personal was super friendly and were always willing to help you if you needed. There’s so many places to visit around the resort. Its a lovely place to enjoy the beach withiut having anyone around.

    I loved everything!! The staff is super friendly, incredibly talented (barman and violinist especially) , the rooms are authentic luxury and the beds so comfortable. The location cannot be beaten as it’s close to everything yet in the safe side of the area. as a woman travelling alone this is always important. this is a real gem of a hotel and I will always stay here when travelling in Panama, it feels like home now.

    Breakfast buffet offered lots and lots of choices. The variety made me think of that offered at the Caribbean islands all inclusive resorts. Freshly made omelette was very good. Excellent service. Very clean room. Also excellent service for the rooms. Good pool size

    We've stayed at a six star resort (Taj Faliknuma) and we both agree this was better. We had the private balcony on the sixth floor--which we'd recommend. Staff was always there but not intrusive. Facililty was fantastic. Location was also excellent. Shout out to Raul at the pool. He offered exceptional service.

    Breakfast was really nice, a very complete buffet, nevertheless the hotel was very crowded, and with the current pandemic, I think would be better to arrange schedules for the breakfast. We have done it in other big hotels/resorts, while they are in full capacity, and it works fine, as this reduces the exposition, for the guests and also staff. The valet-parking service always very efficient and very nice.
