It was a bit average for a resort, but for the price I guess it leveled out. Staff were nice and helpful. Both at front desk and the cleaners. Opposite café, bar and restaurants. Has its bowling alley, bar and restaurant.

Loved the ease of check in and check out. The small touches and offers were really special to me and my little family. I especially liked the little escape to the soak with knowing my son was warm in the beautiful room. I've been to a couple places in Queenstown but would rather pay a little extra for the incredible views and luxury style rooms.
