    The staff upgraded my stay to be in one of the Deluxe Tree Huts. I cannot recommend these enough. It's beautiful, brand new, and secluded. The resort is walkable to everything. Parking is below your hut. It's truly a great stay.

    Hotel is in an amazing location, which was why we chose it. We only stayed two nights but managed to do everything we wanted to in the area. The main one being the Franz Josef heli hike. Hotel restaurant was very good and the all inclusive dinner & breakfast (which I hadn't realised at the time of booking) was a bonus.

    Rainforest retreat was fabulous! The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely bathroom, kitchen and lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of the jacuzzi in the treetops. Everything was very special. We also enjoyed the Monsoon restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

    The quality and beauty of the suite was exceptional. I had a suite with a spa pool on the deck and it was worth every penny. The location is incredible. It was like being in the rain forest by myself. The whole resort is very quiet and peaceful even though there was a lot of people staying. You felt away from it all. I will definitely be staying again.
