Absolute Paradise! Wonderful beach right infront of the accommodation, nice Café attached. Host is super nice and helps with anything you need. Hammocks infront of the houses at the beach. Bathrooms new and with hot showers. Quiet place and still within walking distance supermarkets and more restaurants.

The resort is isolated and has its own private beach. Though the beach right in front of the hotel isn’t very suitable for snorkelling, you could leisurely take a swim during the low tide (every morning till late evening more or less), before taking a dip in the pool. The pool is super clean and excellently located facing the sea, a very relaxing place to chill on a hot day. The staffs are super friendly and the accommodation is very clean.
Our chalet was old fashioned, but everything was functional and clean.
We had all we needed, private bathroom with hot shower, aircon, kettle.
If you don´t need luxury this could be a good choice for you.
The beach was long, clean and easy access to coral reefs, you just had to swim out and there they were. So good location if you like snorkelling. Pool area was nice as well. The restaurant just outside of the resort had much nicer food than the resort and at better prices. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and eager to help solve any problems that arose.
Secluded private beach, peace and quiet. Friendly resort staff and management. Freeflow hot water, tea and coffee. Nice sandy beach, shallow clear waters though a bit rocky. There are western and Malaysian menu options at the resort's only restaurant - a bit limited in option but for two night's stay it works for us.
ATV was great. Snorkelling & boat tour was fun. Ferry ride from Mersing to Tioman was horrendous because of bad weather and choppy waters. The beaches at Tioman are fantastic with clear waters and marine life was even more fantastic. Most resorts like this are more intended for those looking for adventure vs luxurious, all-inclusive type beach vacations.

Melina beach Resort is a very peaceful small boutique resort with a private beach not reachable for external guests. Amazing food and very smart staff. Is very quite and the rooms are very comfortable. The chalet rooms have an amazing front beach position and are very comfortable. This is THE PLACE!
We stayed 3 days 2 nights. Loved the ambience and the view was beyond our expectation! Simply amazing. We enjoyed our stay there. The view from our garden resort was also beautiful. The staff were friendly from every department. Thanks to Diana, Ika and Lynn for chatting and helping us out during the stay. The stay was quite short and beautiful, could've stayed longer. I would come again.
