What is better than waking up every morning to see the magnificent view of the Mexican gulf! The room was great. A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

everything! one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. beautiful interior, impeccably clean; staff are super polite and accommodating. it was our honeymoon so they surprised us with strawberries dipped in chocolate and upgraded us to a seafront room! breakfast was amazing too + the service around the pool eg freshly chilled water and sunscreen on tap. gym was very well equipped, very clean, staff were so lovely and brought round chilled towels too

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.
