Loooooved the spa facilities. The hydrotherapy was everything!!! We had the rooms with the swim out pool (2019) and it was perfect. It was quiet, COVID friendly, close to the snack bar and Serenity pool. The restaurants were good and the room service was excellent. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican restaurant (surprise, lol). The staff: Maria, M&M, Armando, Angel, Mauricio, etc were all super nice.

We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).
