Everything, is a completely premium experience, starting with the food which is of very good quality, the coffee shop and restaurants. They even have a better gym than the one I have in my city. The cleanliness, hospitality and the facilities are just in another level. We have stayed in a few all-inclusives and this one was the best by far.

We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.
