Is there anything I can write in this review that other guests didn’t write already here on booking? From the very first moment they welcome you on the airport to the moment you leave this paradise on the earth, everything was just p-e-r-f-e-c-t! Top notch personnel where everyone is trying to pamper you and fulfill all the wishes. Buddy - you are the king! Great food for breakfast - even better for lunch and dinner (special recommendation for Japanese restaurant). Overwater villas are located directly over the reef with incredible marine life underneath (snorkeling felt like Windows screen saver :). On the scale from 1 to 10 I give them 11! Guys thanks for everything.

Reethi Beach Resort, hotel in Kihaadhoo

Reethi Beach Resort is located on the beautiful and lush Fonimagoodhoo Island, surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and white, sandy beach.

Our stay at Reethi Beach Resort was nothing short of magical! The location and accommodation is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so incredibly lovely! We stayed in one of the stunning over-water villas and were able to step off our balcony into the turquoise blue ocean, where just underneath the surface was one of the most beautiful and healthy reefs we've ever seen (and we're from Australia with the Great Barrier Reef). On the house reef alone there were 1000s of beautiful tropical fish, turtles, reef sharks, dolphins, and even manta rays! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible! Some key angels on the island include: At the Moodoo Bar and Restaurant (beautiful over-water restaurant): Rayan, Emee, Reefa, Ali and Chandra At the Coconut Spa: Shivali and her wonderful team At the bar: The sweetest bartender Priya And the managers Dammi and Gaurang The food and drink on the island was absolutely delicious and there was such a wide range of it too! Would highly recommend the private beach dinner and sunrise breakfast, as well as the wine pairing dinner and beach BBQ. We went with the breakfast only package which worked really well for us as we could dine wherever we liked (which was more often than not the Moodoo bar where the lovely and friendly staff were). The only point of feedback was that the dive centre is quite disorganised and not great at communicating. We came during the first weekend of August for the manta ray cyclone at Baa Atoll and were unfortunately unable to see the cyclone due to the lack of communication from the dive centre. However, Barney almost made up for it with the incredible night snorkelling with a 10m whale shark! In any case, the snorkelling and freediving on the house reef was spectacular. Also, the mattresses in the villas could be made softer. We are hoping to come back to the Maldives soon and will now always stay at Reethi Beach Resort as our holiday there was that magical.

Royal Island Resort at Baa Atoll Biosphere Reserve, hotel in Kihaadhoo

Royal Island Resort & Spa is located in Maldives’ Baa Atoll. This tropical Island overlooks the Indian Ocean and offers free Wi-Fi, a Spa and a peaceful white sandy beaches.

We vacationed with my girlfriend in mid-August at this wonderful place. I can say that it was an amazing holiday, and the hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly people! A special thanks for the wonderful service goes to Sofia, a very sweet girl who explained everything to us right away and kept us informed about upcoming events on the island during our stay. We chose the ultra all-inclusive system and didn’t regret it for a second. Every day, we could borrow snorkeling masks and watch the fish, and there’s plenty to see here. The package also included a dolphin-watching tour (unfortunately, we didn’t manage to see any), a local island tour, fishing, and a spa experience. Everything was wonderful! The fishing trip was a success—we caught a lot of beautiful fish. The spa was total relaxation. The food was always delicious! Every time there was something new, and the ingredients were very fresh! You can also go to the island’s restaurant and enjoy lobster, which is exceptionally tasty here! The only downside was that we weren’t very lucky with the weather—3 out of 9 days were cloudy with rain. But that was completely offset by the excellent service, the natural beauty, and the entertainment. The island even has a tennis court and a soccer field. Overall, the vacation was fantastic, and we will definitely come back here again, but next time we’ll stay longer. I recommend coming for two weeks!

Dhigufaru Island Resort, hotel in Kihaadhoo

Located in Dhigufaruvinagandu in the region of Baa Atoll, 29 km from Dharavandhoo, Baa Atoll, Dhigufaru offers a year-round outdoor pool and a private beach area.

Pros: - Unreal natural landscape. Beautiful clean shallow beaches, pleasant weather, intermittent rain showers, seclusion and privacy, serene sound and feel of wind 100% of the time… it was truly an unreal experience that comes with the natural Maldives eco system. - Another eye candy was to observe lots of fishes and marine life up-close, probably due to legal ban on fishing. - They provided snacks in the breakfast prior to our departure in the last day at 5:45 AM. - Chefs were friendly and helped twice in providing out of menu items upon requests - Breakfast offerred lots of options

We stayed at the Amilla Resort for our honeymoon in May. The experience we had there was incredible: our butler Hajar was perfect, always in a good mood and always available. The facilities are fantastic, very nice and large rooms, several restaurants, each one as good as the other. The breakfast was incredible! Everything you could think of was available. We will definitely be back. It was magical. Thank you for everything!

absolutely everything! was treated like royalty even before we arrived at the resort from Amillas private airport lounge before and after your seaplane flight. Amilla resort is an absolute dream, the management were and staff were so warm and welcoming right from the get go. They were extremely accommodating and they thought of everything. I highly recommend this resort and I’m not one for leaving reviews but this place deserves all the credit and more.

There was nothing the staff could not do to make sure we had a wonderful time. From the restaurant staff, to our butler, the spa staff, the housekeeping and front of house; they were all marvellous. The resort was beautiful. It’s natural beauty on full display. It was a slick operation but felt totally relaxed. It truly felt like “our” island home! We have stayed in some top notch places but the experience of Amilla beats them all. The perfect holiday.
