What can we said about this wonderful resort, except that it is Paradise. A small tropical island (100x250m) with beautiful lush vegetation. There are only 51 villas on the island, so there is a maximum of 100 people when its full. The villas are beautiful. We were in a duplex villa with a private pool overlooking the sea. The villa is extra luxurious with a huge double bed, with two bathrooms (one next to the bedroom upstairs) and the other on the ground floor with a semi-open style. There is also a small jacuzzi tub. The villa is cleaned twice a day. Lot of very quality towels. There are also two huge terraces with swings and deckchairs. AC is very good. All the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful like almost anywhere I have met. Shan, the manager, is especially kind and available, and he was happy to fulfill our every wish and need with ease. The food is very tasty and there is something for everyone. In 6 days, it was always different. There are some pebbles and corals on the beach and in the water so I suggest water shoes. A beautiful infinity pool with a depth of 1.5 m overlooks the sea and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Immediately there is a bar with wonderful staff. The resort has a gym, SPA and diving center. Transportation to the resort is by seaplane for about an hour because it stops at two other resorts. It was an advantage for us, because we had a wonderful panoramic flight for a long time.
Dhangethi (Near Dhigurah)
Facing the beachfront, Nova Maldives offers 5-star accommodation in Dhangethi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Among the various facilities are a bar, a tennis court, as well as a private beach area. It was an awesome and fantastic journey staying in Nova Maldives. The staff were welcoming, attentive and approachable. The all inclusive package indulged us in a delectable dinner at Flames, a wide range of special and alcoholic drinks, as well as snorkelling which allowed us to explore the amazing marine life of Maldives. We also enjoyed the exclusive and relaxing ocean spa message, Euna’s singing and the music of her team members at Winks the bar. She made our stay more fun and enjoyable!
Machchafushi (Near Dhigurah)
This secluded island resort is 25 minutes from Male by air. It offers beachfront and over water accommodation with spectacular sea views. It offers an on-site spa and yoga centre.
In addition, the resort offers swimming pool, water sports, kids club and a spa. The property has staff who can assist guests and arrange for daily excursion trips and activities such as diving and snorkeling.
