Everything was immaculate. The main restaurant is stunning, the service was fantastic. Our room had an infinity pool and a built-in steam room. The main moon pool has the most amazing views and the gym below had great equipment and was spotless.
One thing that really stood out for me was the food. My partner and I have dined in some of the best restaurants in the world (without wanting to brag) and I would go back just for the food. Every dish we had was beautifully presented and made from excellent local produce.
My partner had a massage at the spa (by masseuses from Indonesia) and said it was the best massage she had ever had. That's saying a lot as she has massages all the time.
Big shout to to the chefs and also Sajith who took amazing care of us.

The place offers low price and the host was very kind, communicative and attentive. I was quite amazed that even though my room was on the ground floor, there weren't any ants or other insects in the room so the place is managed very well. I was provided with a hairdryer in the room after requesting even though it wasn't listed on the booking which was very nice. The place was equipped with very powerful aircon and a ceiling fan which were both life saviours after coming back from the heat.

The best hotel we have stayed at in Sri Lanka and also in general one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The aesthetics of the hotel are second to none. Every little corner is so stylish and beautifully designed. From the restaurant, to the beautiful rooms, the main pool with the amazing sun beds, the cute little library, even the guest toilets. Everywhere you look, it's beautiful. But the hotel is not only great from the outside, the quality of the food and service is also outstanding. The staff is super friendly and, above all, super attentive. There is never a wait for anything. When you arrive at the pool, cold water is brought immediately. Also the communication is great. The staff knew that we had a longer journey ahead of us the next day, which is why they offered to prepare a snack for us in advance.
Dinner was very tasty, and we would recommend the Indian dishes in particular, they are especially good, although the pasta with basil pesto was also good. Breakfast is also very tasty. Good coffee, incredibly tasty fresh pineapple juice and great sourdough bread with homemade jam. They also offer free yoga and a shuttle service to their own beautiful beach club "the shack" in Mirissa. To sum up, we can only say that everything here is just right and the hotel is absolutely worth the price. We would have loved to stay longer. Thank you very much for this unique stay!

This villa in Sri Lanka is amazing! From the moment I arrived, I loved its beauty and charm. The location is perfect, with great views and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay very relaxing.
The villa is very clean and nicely decorated, mixing modern comfort with local style. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the amenities were more than I expected. I loved spending time by the private pool and in the lovely garden.
The best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their local tips made my trip even better.

The room was exquisite, clean and well kept , will definitely be my go-to resort if I'm visiting Weilgama again.( especially wifi speed was a very good )
The hotel rooms has the best views to the ocean and Cape Weligama, so you can just watch it for hours from your balcony. The resort is ideal for aurvedic treatments, but its better to come during cooler months and the place has wast open spaces withour AC. The location if perfect for escapes and meditation. Also the resort offers free yoga and meditation classes with the teacher Emil Mendis who has profound knowledge of yogic science and you can ask him different questions.
We traveled with our family + grandparents and enjoyed our stay in Weligama. The whole Surasa Beach Resort team was friendly and helpful during the whole stay! I was thankful for the quiet evenings/nights at the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. They were accommodating to our needs; we were thankful for the breakfast!

- the accommodation is a bit quieter, in Weligama itself there is a lot going on on the beach and there are higher waves, so there are a lot of surfers in the water, here in the beach resort it is much quieter, therefore much more suitable for families with small children than directly on the beach
The resort exuded tranquility and luxury. Staff were consistently attentive and warm, the accommodations pristine, and the views simply breathtaking. Every aspect of my stay was memorable, from the cuisine to the outstanding service. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating escape.
We Booked Surasa Beach Resort for one day to check before staying our last holidays in Weligama, It was a great time and The Owner is a really nice guy.Clean and tidy accommodation ,Lovely staff and amazing location . We had a time learning to surf and could rent motorbikes.
