Large pool at least 20m within large well kept grounds, leading directly onto beautiful Talalla beach. Although the ocean waters can be rough, we were able to go in waste deep and enjoy the waves, great way to start the early morning.
We stayed 14 nights in a first floor room partially open to the elements, No A/C with mosquito net and ceiling fan above bed . We found the ceiling fan to be adequate in keeping us cool and as long you tucked your mosquito net in thoroughly around the bed we enjoyed a mosquito free night. It was like sleeping in a tree house and waking up to the bird and monkey noises added to the experience.
We practiced yoga everyday at the beautiful yoga Shala . I had read all the teachers there are very good and our teacher Leonor was exceptional . We brought a massage package and we loved every one of our massages we had . The food is ok a little more variety would have been nice , however there are other restaurants outside.
We left feeling totally relaxed , connected with nature and wanting more .

Amazing location, spacious and clean rooms, staff were very friendly. Out of the hustle of Dickwella and Hiriketiya, but it is possible to walk to both, or get a short tuk tuk.

We had the separate apartment with small kitchen with both A/C and ceiling fan. Great breakfast, every day different. By walk it is 7-8 minutes to the Silent beach. Really friendly and nice hosts. Fast laundry service. Recommended !

Talalla Freedom Resort was a fantastic place for our family to stay. We were there for 2 weeks with our two tween kids and we loved so much about the property. We were in the 3 bedroom bungalow which was situated right near the pool. The beach was just a few minute walk from the resort and it was a great surf beach and also quiet and clean. The staff at the resort were kind and patient and lovely. I highly recommend Talalla Freedom Resort for a relaxing great family holiday.
Talalla Freedom Resort exceeded our expectations. Wonderful location looking down on beautiful Talalla Bay, everything was a treat, from the great breakfast, to the pool, to the veranda views over the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at the beach resort- the host was amazing so hospitable and will do anything he can to help you. His restaurant is well worth visiting it is the best Sri Lankan food we have had on our trip so far. Don’t look further than this.
Jasmine Resort made our stay in Talalla more than comfortable. The place run by Chamee was really quiet despite we were not the only guests. Beautiful garden seen from our balcony was enhancing that deep relaxation state. It's very close to the beach and local shop is nearby,
in case you need something. Our souls were soothed here...
Tallala Retreat is set in beautifully maintained, extensive grounds stretching down to a stunning beach. With accommodation to suit all budgets, the resort provides wonderful facilities (especially yoga), for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing break away from the hurly burly of modern day life. With a restaurant that serves up delicious and varied food, there is a strong temptation to never venture off site for the whole of your stay.
The pool was great and the overall resort size and location was really good.

Super nice location overseeing the great Talalla beach. The staff was nice and the restaurant was very good (try their cashew curry !). It also comes with a beach access, right down the stairs from the restaurant/resort. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
