The staff were friendly and professional. Kirula and Nishantha received a special mention for their service. The unique bush camp setting was remote and offered a unique experience. The jeep safari was the cherry on top of the cake!

This hotel is amazing, don't think about it, just go!
- The staff are the kindest and most attentive we've met. They anticipate, adapt, are proactive and are exceptionally kind. Whether it's the waiters (special thanks to the king of kings Chinthaka but also to Nuwan & Chamara), the Rangers and their detailed explanations, the cleaning staff or the reception staff, they make the experience truly unique.
- The food is delicious and varied. You'll find great Western and local dishes on the menu at every meal. Special thanks to the chef for his special creations.
- the individual huts are magnificent, clean and very pleasant.
- the safaris are very interesting and you can see dozens of animals (elephants, crocodiles, leopards etc) in sumptuous landscapes.
- finally, thank you again to the staff for all the little personal touches and activities they offered us.
In short, everything was perfect, you don't have to think about anything and just enjoy this timeless place.

Wonderful place to stay. The private plunge pool was great and the room was HUGE. So lovely and spacious. Good location close to Yala NP. Food is served in the room or on the terrace as there is no restaurant area but we liked that. Very helpful staff with sorting safari or other trips.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
I recently stayed at the Sparkling Resort and had a wonderful experience. The Resort was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
Probably the oldest Holiday Resort. It seems that they have not upgraded the facilities The rooms are not cleaned
few insects found in the room. Bathroos are pretty basic.
The atmosphere and resort were fabulous, evening entertainment was unexpected and amazingly enjoyable. The food was delicious and served without the usual Sri Lankan heat. This is not for everyone but for those with an open mind a truly memorable experience.
The vibe in the resort îs very cool and the staff is nice . And we liked the garhering off all guests ,we were able to meet New people. The resort looks cool and wild .
The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor design of the resort is unique and gives a great atmosphere. The dinner was very tasty and fair priced. The host encourages you the play some music with him in the evening.
Unfortunately our room wasn't as good as the rest of the experience.
The resort was truly an experience. The location is near to Yala Nationalpark and there you can book your safari for the day. The atmosphere was something different especially at night. We had dinner with typical Sri Lankan food that turned out to be one of the best meals during the trip. And after that we played instruments in the group.
Defining words: hippy, relaxed, basic, beautiful, musical, rural, escapism. We stayed for 2 nights and did an all-day safari. The resort is beautiful, right by the river, and the staff are lovely and welcoming. It is very basic, so don't expect to feel clean all the time! And the cockerel will wake you at 4am, so definitely bring earplugs. But it's a lovely, crazy wonderland, and great place to base yourself for safari
What a beautiful place!
Lovely hosts, great food, such a relaxing vibe. Music in the evening, if you want: playing percussion together. You can book your safari from here, the driver we had was awesome,
not rushing through the park, providing us with lots of information about all animals.
One of the nicest resorts i have ever been to, defenitely a must see!
