The best part about this hotel is its location. The location was really convenient as it’s right along Hongdae’s Main Street and close to Exit 1 of Hongik University Train Starion. All of the popular streets and areas were less than a ten minute walk away, with plenty of shopping and food available nearby.
The hotel was indeed luxury and extremely nice. The staff were super nice and helpful. The lobby staff spoke excellent English which made it easy to check in and out.
The room at The Ambassador Seoul was pure luxury, with a beautiful wet room and stunning view. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the location allowed us to get to most places on our list with ease.
The apartment was big enough for 4 of us (2 couples), it was placed close to a street full of restaurants and a local 7-Eleven was behind the corner. Everything we needed was provided and more. Even umbrellas to use (just in case!). The host was very quick to reply and help out. Very good place and probably my favourite of all other places I stayed in Korea (including luxury hotels).
The brand has a veritable renown for super luxury and peerless service and this branch in Seoul lives up to it !

Fantastic boutique hotel with great facilities and outstanding service in a convenient location. Amy from frontdesk was lovely 😍 She was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She helped us a lot with booking tours and finding good places to eat at. Jiho was also kind to help us with organising our taxi ride for our departure. And he recommended places to visit at our next destination too. Wonderful experience overall, 10/10 ❤️ Thanks guys 😁

Like everything was luxury. Breakfast, our king-size appartment free upgrade (we literally got an apartment instead of a room, with our own kitchen),
