Team was professional from the security at the main gate till the recreation team at the pools, f&b services, housekeeping and front desk were professional, the bell man was very helpful, staff and management were so kind

Exceptionally friendly owners who helped us plan a day to the Dead Sea,including arranging discounted Day Passes to a Dead Sea Resort and offered great local dining recommendations. The breakfast spread was epic. We left in the middle of the night to go to the airport with boxes of delicious food and home cooked pastry treats. Well located with in walking distance of the major attractions of Madaba and easy off street parking a short distance away. Thank you for an all too brief, but memorable stay.
Exceptional staff (one family)! Edward gave us great suggestions for what and where to eat that really made our quick visit not feel just like a stopover before catching our flight but a great Jordanian experience. The mom made an incredible buffet breakfast…best from our whole trip and we even stayed at a 5star resort. The hotel has garden space and it’s like a little oasis in the city. The rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable and large bed. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Can’t say enough about it.
Very comfy room. Booked a twin-bed room, the beds were bigger than the average twin beds. Had the best breakfast here during my entire stay in Jordan. Great variety of food prepared by the owner's mom. Edward, the owner, is a super friendly guy. You will see him chill out with guests on the front terrace in the evening. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and also helped us get a good deal on day passes for a resort at the dead sea. He is like your buddy in Jordan. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
The apartment is very beautiful, new, and clean. We felt like in a luxury hotel. Everything is tastefully furnished. We had a washing machine, coffee machine, soap and shower gel, fresh towels, air-conditioning in every room, and TV with Netflix. Everything was available for a relaxing, comfortable stay.
It's near to the center also.

The hosts are wonderful and so obliging and kind - Samar is a delightful person and we wish her every success in her endeavours at the Madaba camp resort; We had a rental car, so could reach the main town and also the key sites quite easily; Jordan is a wonderful place and the people reflect the country.

Hotel location is excellent for visiting Madaba - all attractions and plenty of nice restaurants are within a walking distance. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and even made arrangements for a discounted dead sea resort day pass. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

The personnel is so nice and helpful. The guide for the canyoning was wonderful, the manager and the other crew were also the nicest and generous persons we met since we arrived !!!
Dinner and Breakfast with local food were excellent, so much better than at the Resort we went to previously. We highly recommend you to come here to Wadi Al Hidan instead of going to Wadi Al Mujib.
we came with my girlfriend for one night and we were very satisfied. The accommodation has been completely renovated, the rooms are modern, clean and large, the bathroom is very nice and clean, I can't say a single bad thing about this accommodation. Luxury for little money, I could also imagine accommodation there from a long-term perspective. The accommodation is above standard spacious, absolutely ideal for 7 people👍👍👍
