The staff - especially the staff at the breakfast, they must be among the nicest and most wonderful people we met in Jordan or on anyone of our travels. Keep up the good work. They made us our baby daughter have so much fun, love and laughs Everything we needed was met with utmost respect and effort. Even when we needed a tool to repair our stroller, or the light of the fire detector above our bed to be turned off. The broken baby crib as replaced the same night.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the private beach with its coral reef was perfect for snorkeling. Although the resort is a bit remote, the serene atmosphere and excellent facilities made it a perfect getaway.

We wanted a base to go to the beach for snorkeling and this was it - the snorkel gear was rented easily. We could walk to the beach but easier to drive in the heat and it is a bit uphill. The breakfast was good, typically Jordanian. There was always someone there to help. The room a/c and wifi worked well. Dinner choices were in the gated resort a mile away - De Soto Restaurant was very good but there are several choices there.

We got a room on the top floor with a great view from the balcony (we enjoyed having dinner from local restaurants on the balcony). Great breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities were also provided. The lady at the reception helped us with local information and with the organization of our day for snorkeling and transportation to a private beach resort. The bus will pick you up at the hotel entrance. The city center is within walking distance. There is also a free parking space available at the hotel.

the resort is really nice, clean rooms, nice private beach but far from centre (15 min drive) this resort should be all inclusive only as when you add up the extra meal costs it becomes not cost efficient. I hope management read my review and really take into consideration to make this resort all inclusive they will boost their revenue significantly I think.

I loved the fact that it is located across the beach , enjoyed the local experience as well . It has lots of small eateries around. The hotel staff were very helpful and guided me regarding Bernice Beach resort (including arranging for tickets). All in all it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Lady at reception was excellent with check-in and recommendation for beach resort and glassbottom boat trip. Rooms spatial. Ideal for family. Gym has everything needed, although hotel should advertise it better. Central location near lots of places to eat.
