The location was perfect, very close (in a 5 minutes walk) to a beautiful not crowded beach, with nice underwater life. The apartment was clean, the checkin was easy even after the reception working hours. We got extra 1 hour for checkout for free. The communication was easy with the helpful stuff by Whatsup. It was really comfortable for 5 persons. A szupermarket and a nice restaurant was in 5 minutes walking distance. Parking was safe and free, with a room allocated lot. The garden was well-treated, beautiful. And we had view to the sea above some other house room and plants!

The resort is very pretty, but requires some maintenance. Very nice garden and pool area. Bar & snack bar serving small meals until late. Our room had spaceous terrace with seating area. Walking distance to the beach, but nothing else really around. Car needed.
The resort is 15 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to Villasimius where you can find restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner. Although we encountered a slight issue with our room during check-in, Aliza, the manager, promptly resolved it and ensured we received the room we had booked. Throughout our three-day stay, we had a wonderful time, especially the kids. The entire staff was super friendly, making the experience even better. This resort is perfect for families, and the food was amazing. The beach, pools, and entire property are simply beautiful.
Amazing family experience. Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was spectacular in one of the most beautiful places if South Sardinia, closed to Costa Rei. The resort had every thing we need to have a very relaxing family time with a young child. It is still a walking distance from the lovely town of Villassimius (20 minutes) but a car is highly recommended because at night some parts of the road are very very dark. We can only recommend this relaxing and children friendly family resort! 😃

Attention to kids: plenty of activities, amenities specific to them, ... It is really a family resort.
Good sized and confortable rooms
The resort is beautiful, very well taken care of (pools, gardens, spa) and quiet.
The beach is nice and with all the conditions to have a good time. At short driving distances from the hotel, there are more paradisiac ones.
