The hotel was amazing, everything from the breakfast offering, to the polite and kind staff. Even though the hotel is situated on the hill, there are regular shuttles to Sorrento which made our trip is easy. The hotel facilities were fantastic and the location was beautiful.

Gargiulo Resort, hotel in Sorrento

Situated in Sant'Agnello, 8.7 km from Marina di Puolo, Gargiulo Resort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

Staying at Gargiulo Resort was an exceptional experience. Every detail, from the exquisite interior design to the impeccable level of service, was outstanding. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire resort radiated excellence. The food was extraordinary and truly deserving of a Michelin star. They were incredibly accommodating with our dietary requirements, providing delicious vegan and vegetarian options that exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the owner, Rita, her son Agustino, and their family for welcoming us as their own. We also want to express our gratitude to the staff members, including Vicenzo, Antonio, Igor, Rosanna, Giulia, and the rest of the team, who treated us like friends. We can't wait to return.

Tenuta Miranda Agriresort, hotel in Sorrento

Situated in Pimonte, 22 km from Amalfi Cathedral, Tenuta Miranda Agriresort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

This place was third and last in our trip to region and thank God, because it was the best stay from all of them. I usually pick places to stay very carefully and with 8+ rating, but this trip (till Tenuta Miranda) was dissapointment. This place was really nice, we got and upgrade - the room was really big (only issue with the mansard, because we are not the shortest people, so this was + and - at the same time, because, when i booked the room i picked the one with normal ceiling. :) Really nice pool area with poolside bar - we took drinks and lunch, beautiful small vineyard with tasty grapes. Really good (but a bit small) breakfast with option to order fruits, omlette, eggs, bacon e.t.c. Good communication with staff. :)

Villa Le Baste, hotel in Sorrento

Located in Furore, 600 metres from Fjord of Furore Beach, Villa Le Baste provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a terrace.

* Amazing location right at the cliff and well located between Positano and Amalfi, spectacular views * Own pier and sea access great to refresh in the heat and to take boat trips * Beautiful “Solarium” (sundeck and terrace) where you can also enjoy breakfast and dinner * Feels really exclusive as the property has only four suites (we had dinner (also very tasty!) one night at the terrace, which we had all for ourselves) * Cute little pool, we did not really use it, preferred the cold sea ;) * Double Room (Capri) was really beautifully decorated plus neat & clean * Really nice and helpful staff, Emanuela organized everything for us (e.g. highly recommend taking a boat to one of the cities around) * Just to note: as the property is so small you always have to pre-order food, yet then it is served just for you feeling really exclusive ;)

The value for money is great but you do get what you pay for. The staff were nice and the room was cleaned well. The location couldn’t get any better, we were right in the centre and no where was outside of walking distance. We were fully aware that when you pay a price as good as this we would be sacrificing luxury/comfort.

After 7 nights of sleeping in the cheapest accommodation we could find in Sorrento, we decided to finish the holiday up with a little bit of luxury… Walking into this property revitalised our holiday spirit and the warm hospitality of Rita added to the perfect stay. The bed was unbelievably comfy, the location was great and the breakfast was delightful. I felt that Rita really went the extra mile and I am so happy we extended our stay to come here. Thanks for a great couple of nights. There is nothing bad to say about this place!

The range of meals was a little repetitive but hardly surprising post pandemic, the quality of food was excellent and the house wine was the best I've had in an all-inclusive resort in Europe. Sorrento is a 15 minute walk along a busy road, often with no footpath so unsuitable for children or perhaps less able people but the hotel itself is lovely, well maintained with excellent facilities and fantastic, friendly, helpful and kind staff.
