I recently stayed with my family for one night at Great Trails Wayanad by GRT Hotels, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property has a premium feel, with high-quality facilities and supplies provided throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary high tea and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a villa with a balcony, which made the stay even more special.
The staff, particularly the receptionist, was very courteous and helpful, making our check-in smooth and pleasant. The room itself was beautifully designed and comfortable, though we did encounter a small issue where water from the hot tub leaked into the room. Fortunately, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.
The pool had a stunning view, but its depth of only 4 feet was a bit disappointing for those hoping for a deeper swim. Breakfast was another highlight, with a variety of options. Due to low occupancy, the food was served à la carte, and while the quality was good, the service was slower than expected.
One of the added perks was a complimentary foot massage, which was a nice touch. However, the massage staff seemed uncomfortable with the fact that we were coming in for a complimentary service, which detracted slightly from the relaxation experience.
All in all, our stay at Great Trails Wayanad was very enjoyable, with excellent service, amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issues we encountered didn't overshadow the overall experience, and I would definitely consider visiting again. It is highly recommendable for anyone looking for a premium getaway in Wayanad. With a few small improvements, it could be even better next time!

Location, facilities, staff, and food are all exceptional.
My recent stay at Klov Resort & Spa was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable experience.
Keeping in mind that the resort is relatively inland from roads, the food options are limited but all the food is extremely delicious. We could not get enough of the piping-hot coffee served during our stay.

We never felt like staying in resort.
Kids playing , we sipping tea in sitting area, playing chess, Varma , watching TV, reading newspaper at top view tower.
Bed is quite comfortable, bathroom top notch clean .
Clean and elegant and spacious.
Breakfast is homemade and delicious .
Even though resort have a beautiful large swimming pool we took a natural dip in river flowing through the property. Water is so clear through and can't imagine the freshness after dip.No one should miss it and direct entry to stream from resort.
Overall it's a Paradise and rooms are well maintained, washroom is soooooo clean . Most luxurious place in an affordable price.
Property is 100 percent safe for ladies and kids and solo traveller.
Monsoon is the apt time to visit.next monsoon I will definitely come with more friends.
