Excellent service, property is beautiful, clean and so centrally located. Had an outstanding time. We really enjoyed and will be visiting again. They have a great garden and views of the rooms are incredible.

What an incredible place! All of the rooms are gorgeous, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and the facilities couldn't be better. The food options, including the breakfast/dinner buffets and room service, are also fantastic. On top of all of that, the views from the hotel are breathtaking.

I am sorry to say but I didn't like the breakfast which was not ready that day due to few occupancy but the name of ITC , you all should be ready for all these situations whether there is one guest or more. Moreover it was not value for money as there were no mode of entertainment like other resorts had. We have been there because of ITC name, but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations.
Everything and everyone was perfect. The resort is beautiful, idyllic, and well maintained.
Food was delicious and had a lot of variety.
The resort staff goes out of your way your way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
This is an excellent place for spending time doing leisurely activities. Sometimes you can also hear peacocks and birds chirping. The sound of the flowing river calms (just beside the resort) heals your aura. This resort will remain in my list of highly recommended resorts.
In the breakfast there should be some more options in breads, pastries, sweet dishes, salads. Location of the resort is very good. Staffs are very cordial & helpfull.
