I was booked a delux room by booking.com and I choose sweet room while I reached at Pratap Mahal. And paid same price for that room. They were not possible to reduce charges in their system as per changed room. So improve it online booking rules on booking.com by ur organization. Anyways, there are no any big issue. We really very very enjoyed there. No words for Pratap Mahal. Amazing place, cleaning, swimming pool, park area, breakfast. Everything was fantastic. You have to improve entertainment, like music of live traditional show & reduce the spa charges.

I loved the entire stay as this place has so much more to offer in Pushkar. I have been to Pushkar multiple times & this time it was so different because of Heli Pushkar. Heli Pushkar & their Heli experiences are so cool. I got to experience trekking with Heli Pushkar team & it was next level. I would definitely recommend this place & love the authentic food there.

The property is absolutely divine!!! this place is a beautiful and peaceful oasis where you are completely surrounded by nature and good vibes! the luxury tents truly are a luxury stay, i couldn’t have asked for anything better, and the food from the restaurant was delicious. they also have a great pool which was so good to be able to swim, and they also have a dog who is the sweetest and chillest animal ever! The property is in a great location right in the heart of pushkar just a short walk from brahma temple, the markets, and the lake… but Vela is its own private and magical place away from the business of the street. Vela resort truly is a second home. i highly recommend staying at this place to everyone!!! Solo travellers, couples, or families, it is perfectly suited for all!!

I did not get to stay at the property as when I arrived there was a wedding and I was told it was fully booked; service in sister hotel was excellent.
