Jane was an amazing host… and the accommodation and what you get with if for the price is super impressive. Anyone wanting a luxury experience for an affordable price this is your place!

Nice location close train station
1. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet
2. Good service and many receptionists to handle check in
3. Swimming pool is included and so big , I quite like it
A Must experience !
Allthough the 5 Star Qualification does not compare to the level of luxury.
Rooms very dated.
Initialy they gave as a room which was terrible.
After complaining we had an upgrade to an renovated “suite”
Much better but still not 5 Star rating worth.
This hotel has some potential to be one of the nicest and most historical hotels from Indonesia.
But the owner must invest!
i can almost imagine myself in a resort somewhere. the pool was good, followed by a nice massage at the spa. breakfast was good, and the hotel was interesting to explore. across the road was the tunjungan plaza, which has all the things you want from local to standard chain shops.
Novotel is still the great for having resort and holiday vibe in a way thanks to the outdoor situation. The room was spacious. The staffs were also helpful and friendly.
The location, grounds and staff are all incredible. Its great value for money and it’s a real sanctuary in the middle of the city. There are many beautiful areas within walking distance and shopping malls to catch some airconditioning. It’s on a main road in the city, but once you’re inside the hotel and it’s inner courtyard you could be anywhere. The spirit of the ex-Hyatt resort lingers in the now independently owned Bumi. Their restaurant selection is great value for money.
This was our bit of luxury as we travelled through Java, and it didn't disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, with atmospheric colonnades and gardens, and the rooms are large and beautifully appointed. We were practically the only guests at breakfast both days - the buffet selection was immense and interesting, and the waiting staff member (Rafi) was very friendly and professional. The chef also came out to greet us on the second day, which was much appreciated. The pool area was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her massage.
