The location was nice, although next to a graveyard makes it a bit spooky. The area is cold an damp, not having a heater in the Joglo was a bit of a downer. I did expect a bit more luxury, it was pretty barren. No TV for example. The amenities where nice, although the massage services are vastly overpriced.

Great place to hike the Mt Batur hike from! Yuni was the best guide ! Pool is nice, food is ok! It is really a secluded resort if you’re looking for that. Really accommodating

Was it worth the money ? Absolutely! View waking up was one of the best I've seen in my life. Food was great like in all of Indonesia. Don't expect Luxury - that is not the point of staying near Mt Batur, but for the money we paid. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

It's a small family hotel but with amenities like a big resort! There are two infinity pools facing one side of Mount Batur, for a lovely view , somewhat atypical for the idea westerners have of Bali! The cooking is homemade, still very good! So is the breakfast! And they helped us organising a trip to see the sunrise up in Mount Batur, a must see in Bali (if you can trek for 600m D+). 5 minutes walk from two competing thermal stations, worth the detour!

The properly has the most wonderful relaxing infinity pool area with wonderful views over the local terrain and lake. The room was very cleverly designed and really feels like luxury.

The view and the serenity were wonderful. It’s tucked away from the road and lovely and quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. As a smallish resort it wasn’t too busy. Other reviewers have said the food wasn’t good ge we found it simple and tasty.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was great and really clean. The views were amazing with the volcanos close by. The villas are on family property which is also farmed so it felt like being closer to Balinese culture than just being in a resort or something. We could actually watch the family preparing the land to plant the next crop of shallots.
