Rooma were very nice anc clean (daily housekeeping). At any moment, extra towels were brought to pool. Resturant and room service were very professional and food was very delicious. Pools are really nice, there was always free sunbads on any of 3 pools in the resort. Spa is really good and comfort. And staff, I don't have a words for their kindness and positive energy. Resort itself is really beautiful, and it is well maintained, lot of plants around. Communication on Whats App was very quick and any question was answered in very short notice. I have enjoyed.

I liked that it was very quiet and a little a little out of town. Was nice to have a change of scenery from the main town. Also staff were very friendly and sweet always. Rooms sizes were great.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and a detailed explanation was given regarding the facilities of the hotel.
The hotel is exceptional. Rooms are large with beautiful views of the lush greenery.
The service was exceptional. There is also a turndown service and good amenities.
The breakfasts are also exceptional. The buffet was plentiful, and the fresh fruit and pastries were beautiful.
My mum had a fall getting out of the bath, and immediately, the staff came to make adjustments to the bathroom and to make sure it was safe for my mum. The manager also came to visit our room and apologised. The personal service was genuine and heart-warming.
The resort has a calm feel to it, and staff know you personally and greet you in a polite and friendly manner. Nothing was too much for them, and you felt welcomed and at ease.
I would highly recommend staying here for the service, high-quality rooms, facilities, location (a free shuttle service to town on set times), peace, and most of all, the outstanding staff.

I even enjoyed being visited by the monkeys in the morning.
Such a beautiful Hotel with amazing and friendly staff.
We only needed to mention our room number the first night after that the staff remembered our room number and our names and greeted us by name every time we walked passed.
Just the little attention to detail was so appreciated.
The pool was amazing and the privacy in our room was so good too.

Very quit and high standing resort. Clean, modern chic with an Indonesian touch. Familly of 4 (kids 2 & 5 YO) we have planned to stay only 1 night before moving but the resort has proved that extend 4 nights deserve to enjoy the private pool and very nice restaurant with good menus.

Amazing resort! I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. The villas so clean and comfortable, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. The swimming pool so huge and warm, with many option of pools. Totally recommended for escape staycation with family.
Bubble hotel is located remotely in a village as expected allowing complete privacy giving just the right combination of luxury, nature, and modern conveniences. Fully private compound with open air Balinese toilet, gazebo, deck chairs, swing, hammock and open air bathtub. It has everything a couple can dream of. The sky would be full of stars weather permitting, unfortunately for us the sky was cloudy at night. It is great for one night.
