Breakfast is simple but enough. The pool area is great for enjoying hot summer days, especially because of the one and only … ioanis (janis, yanis however its spelled corectly) the bartender. Who will always make your day better by just being there. Rooms are good, inside is everything you need, the cleaning lady comes to clean every day. Also, the whole hotel looks really nice and homey. Fabulous food with so many choices every day and extremely well prepared. Lovely pools and always got a sun lounger which is unusual in peak season. Pools never over crowded. Excellent customer service.

The location is very good. Tsilivi is one of the best tourist village in Zakynthos and Plaza Pallas is very close to the beach, around 5 min or so. The breakfast was very good, buffet style, a lot of choices. It changes slightly from day to day, but it's very good. The room was nice and clean, we had a family suite. The staff was helpful. I am really happy with the choice we made.
