Service is excellent. Especially Kristina and Anna at reception were doing their best for making our holiday memorable. Hotel location is good. It takes only 5-10 minutes walk to the Fira center. We tried different pool areas. They all were lovely. Pool bar drinks were excellent. Food at hotel is average but that was not any issue as we ate dinners at the town.
