The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, they have free shuttle, which they didn’t have before (this is our second time), but the amount of people that can use the shuttle are limitted, for the size of the hotel they should provide more shuttles.

We are so happy that we booked this hotel! It is a truly unique experience to stay in a brand new hotel. This means that the staff is so friendly, helpful and they all seemed genuinely excited to be there and assist the guests. The views to the sea are breath taking and they have a soothing effect on the soul. Christina is the prefect host! I got fantastic recommendations, quick responses and was left to my own privacy as and when was needed. Everything that I required for my stay was available to me. To Spitaki Sas is brand new and in pristine condition - a real luxury to stay in. The location is ideal for everything I needed and really easy to find. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone interested in staying here! There were no faults; I had such a wonderful time and hope I'm able to visit again very soon!
We only stayed one night as an overnight stay on the way to Ios,..... Wish we had stayed longer, the Rock Luxury Homes are fantastic, host went above and beyond, facilities on offer were excellent, we couldn't have asked for more.
Breakfast options were amazing, staff were super friendly and that’s from the girls at the reception, to the staff around the resort, to waiters, to El from the winery. I couldn’t say nicer things about them. Exceptional all round. All the facilities exceeded my expectations. There were times we didn’t want to leave the resort.
The apartment was wonderful, delicate and clean, with a touch of luxury, as the name indicates. Tastefully decorated, and all necessities included.
The family who owns the place were pleasant, service minded and lovely. When needed they helped us more than you normally would expect, and therefore we really would recommend this accommodation. Have been to many different hotels in Santorini, this is the best by far.
the staff was so helpful and nice, also made wonderful drinks and gave great recommendations for things to do on the island that fit our wishes. the breakfast was amazing, like a breakfast buffet each morning delivered to your room. this is a small boutique style resort. Very personal service. 
The hotel is new and with a lovely clean minimal luxury aesthetic. The location is quiet and in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get anywhere with a car.
The breakfast is amazing, full of choices and all freshly made. The staff is friendly polite and welcoming.

The jacuzzi is such a luxury. Pools aren't heated anywhere I've been so in October you couldn't enjoy them, so having the heated outside jacuzzi was amazing.
It;s a 10 min drive to Fira but in a quiet non touristy area which feels more relaxed and genuine.
