Very nice family run place, right next to sea, walking distance to the beach, simple but good breakfast and very nice restaurant on site for dinner. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. Not a kind of luxury place, but it has everything you need for beautiful and quiet stay in Karpathos.

Anyway in Karpathos, generally you cannot expect luxury hotels/stays, so I gave the points based on this context.
The location and overall resort is great. Irini at the front desk is awesome. There are several really nice and efficient staff members, from the bar staff to the cleaning crew, all great. Only exception were three people cited in the “didn’t like” section.

Real luxury villa with all the facilities, a very quiet atmosphere, with an beautiful infinity swimming pool watchinga the marvelous view of karpathos and the ocean. .
The villas are brand new. located at a great location for visit the best places in the ilend by car and 5 minutes from karpathos city
