Everything. The staff was amazing, very friendly and nice, and helped with everything. The rooms were amazing and the pool rooms were a great choice. The food was excellent, breakfast lunch and dinner. Bar food was also great. The girls in the spa were very nice and the massage was good. Shisha bar was also a great addition. The bars were all great. The hotel's beach area is amazing and so nice that it's easy to access. Best vacation ever.

Nothing much I can add to previous reviews so just a quick note re buses. To get to town or onwards to the airport you need to get bus number 1. To return from the airport or town you need bus number 6. Both stop just outside the hotel. You can by tickets in the hotel shop of for about a euro extra you can buy them on the bus.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially the hotel manager, who was always available and quick to assist us with any issues. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident across all areas—from the reception to the restaurants and breakfast. We couldn’t get a late check out because the property was fully booked but we were invited for a lunch on our last day! We found it really nice and attentive, we were so glad about it.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we loved the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast each morning. The beach was a highlight, with its soft sand and clear water, making it the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would recommend the hotel more for families because there really are a lot of children around and there are no adults only parts.
We also got a little goodbye present with olive oil and honey from Crete, it was so kind!
The activities in the hotel are simply amazing! We took part in a 2h pottery class with a local potter, we loved it so much. They offer really cool stuff, such as yoga, cooking class, vegetable planting etc.
We had a great time in the spa (golden body treatment) and Ioana had magic hands! My skin was so soft and all the tension went away after the massage.

We had a surprise upgrade on our stay and we were accommodated on Lyttos Mare. Everything was amazing, could not ask for more. Everyone was super nice, but there are a few who stood out to me. The animators. Specially, João, Ben, Eva, Laniel, Becca and Luis who improved our stay a lot! Had a really good surprise with the magic show.
We had high hopes but they Lyttos managed to go beyond that!

Hotel Kronos is just around the corner from Venetian fort in the harbour and main tourist spots.We had room with street/sea view. Room was perfectly clean and bed comfortable. There was big balcony. Breakfast was really good, we even got little dessert from staff. So delicious, but I forgot its name. Staff at the reception was really nice, explained us where to go and other tips about exploring town. I travelled with kids, they liked it a lot. Hotel lobby is really nice, has luxury vibe. Will come back for sure.
Really nice, almost brand new luxury studios with furnished kitchen and all you need to have a comfortable stay. Didn't expect to find this in this part of Heraklion. Nikos is a really nice and kind host. Breakfast was delivered at the requested time and was good too. Would book again!
Everything is great, from super friendly host to tastefully furnished and spacious apartment with sweet welcome details. Positive vibes in general. Anastasios is an 'all inclusive' host. Apart from the accommodation, he also offered us a car rental, which is a great option. He met us on the first day at the airport with a car and escorted us to the airport at the end of our vacation, all in all he did everything to make our stay pleasant and perfectly organized. Warm recommendations!

Lovely breakfast, clean spacious room and bathroom. Nice staff and a great location! It was 10/10. Would come back without a doubt, four minutes you are at all the restaurants and a little further all the shops. Great. Loved it ! Stay here !
Renovated 5 * resort close to the city center of Heraklion. Everything was perfect, a minus because from the balcony we looked on a concrete wall in 2m distance. Not really what you expect from a 5* resort
