The location! You simply cannot stay anywhere more central. It’s completely new with perfect and very modern facilities, incredibly friendly staff, 7 huge lifts (so no queues), great lobby and easy check-in. Absolutely perfect way to sleep in silence and complete darkness and very comfy bed, a real luxury!
Amazing customer service, friendly and attentive. Beautiful decoration, feeling of luxury. Wonderful location. Great breakfast. Let bed the outside garden setting
Really good hotel for this price. Three minutes to a metro station, very easy to get to the centre of London. The rooms were great, we had a kitchen and a washing machine. The people working there were really friendly. Was a very luxury stay, will come again next time
Walking distance for Natural History Museum, V&A, and good connections for Knightsbridge if you want luxury shopping. I was given an upgrade to a suite on arrival, which was nice as I was traveling with my young grandson so it was good to have a separate sitting room.
The epitome of luxury living! This apartment ticked all the boxes and more. From the plush bedding to the well-appointed kitchen, every detail was carefully considered
Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, cleaniness of rooms, and porsche ambience at Seabird restaurant. Very hip and vibrant atmosphere on the whole. I do like the makeup room service only provided based on request. Daily free milk and drinking water are provided. The casual and yet comfy breakfast area at Albie. I felt like I was not in London, but rather sonewhere in a hiking resort.
The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is very calm, reminds me of a few spa resorts I've stayed at before. Everything is clean and well spaced. Lovely place to stay
The bed was lovely and large, the bathroom facilities were exceptional.
the reception to the hotel was beautiful and the spa was as good as any spa resort I have visited.
Definitely save a few hours to make the most of the spa facilities after a long day in London.
The best London hotel I have stayed at. Love the jar of sweets in the bedroom great little touch.
