The room we had was incredible. The size of the room was huge and the view overlooking London Bridge was amazing. Such great value for money for such luxury rooms and great location.
The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is very calm, reminds me of a few spa resorts I've stayed at before. Everything is clean and well spaced. Lovely place to stay
Really comfy for one night between days in office.
Pleasant and easy check in. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need. Feels a bit more luxury than premiere inns or travel lodges. Good value for money. Will be back.
Lounge was nice , beds comfy . No hairdryer as advertised asked for one and got told it would be later in the day . It was New Year’s Eve we had the theatre booked so had no choice but couldn’t wash hair . Complained about a bad smell in kitchen with no response at all .
Apartment definitely not luxury especially the area the apartment is in is quite daunting at night with young children. Over priced for facilities and area
My plane was cancelled at the last minute and it was a perfect Choice of hotel very close to Paddington station so I could get the Heathrow Express back to the airport the next morning no problem. It isn't luxury, the place is shabby but the sheets and towels etc were all clean. It was just right fir my purpose, cheap and clean.
The apartment was nice, but to describe it as 5 star luxury is ambitious. The beds were comfortable, and the main bathroom was nice. The kitchen was not very clean, we had to wash all the cutlery, drawers and dishes on arrival. Wet towels were left in the washing machine. The kitchen was not very well equipped and a bit grubby. Overall, it was OK but would not visit again and could do with updating.
