Decent size rooms , good air conditioning, my room had a nice sea view and balcony, breakfast was very good , lots of options . Multiple swimming pools and just enough beds when the resort is busy which it was. Handy shop that sticks everything you might need. Entertainment was great for the children and well supported with good family fun atmosphere.
Staff was lovely, the food at the buffet was yummy and exceeded our expectation for an all inclusive, the rooms were nice and clean, the pools were great. Highly recommend to visit a rocky shore nearby "Platja de Sa Galera" it was so beautiful. Of course the resort is not super modern with over the top amenities but I think the value for the price we paid was excellent.
The hotel is very well equipped with 3 pools, a gym, spa and other things to make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The food is also very high quality, both in the buffet and in the two restaurants (Helios and El Gaucho). We enjoyed an all inclusive stay, and did not lack for anything. The hotel even arranged an early breakfast to our room in the morning of our early departure. The staff was always very nice and ready to assist.
This hotel takes the culinary experience of an all inclusive to another level. The attention to every detail and the exceptional service given by the staff is amazing. Those that enjoy quality food, extraordinary customer service and luxury, this is the hotel to book.
The warmth and personal attention of Zuzana were the start of a wonderful stay at this amazing resort characterised by beauty, tranquility, privacy and luxury. We had an unforgettable stay with our pet. The decoration and design of the cottage combined with all the functionalities one needs for either work or holiday make it one of a kind. Property is incredible, beautiful rooftop & nice pool area. Best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive- and I’m a foodie who usually avoids all-inclusive resorts for this reason
The hotel is very new with amazing staff (especially Carlos, Salou, and Muhammed). Food in general was of very high quality. Great breakfast (especially fresh omelettes were our favourite). Small shop across the road for essentials. Short walk into San Antonio, we rented a Vespa near by one day. Hotel has a private entrance to a beautiful public beach.
Overall a great all inclusive resort, looking forward to coming back!
