Very good location and has a very nice view and the staff were always very helpful. The cleaning of the ‘public areas’ like the elevators and some other small things can be improved but it was a good deal for the money we have paid. It was also walking distance to the famous Anfi del Mar Beach.

Second time staying in Caybeach, 4 families all enjoyed our stay, complex is spotless, rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great selection of food throughout the day. Pool has a chilled atmosphere plenty of sunbeds etc.

The location is the best we have had in playa del ingles. We could get to the Cita, the Yumbo and the beach all within 10 minutes. The property was up to date and very clean. The apartment had everything that we needed.

The hotel way exceeded my expectations for the price. I had an amazing view, the room was spacious and very clean.
Staff were very helpful - cleaning and weighting staff were particularly nice, always smiling and saying hello.
Hotel was big- nothing ever felt over crowded.
Food was decent - not amazing but some days were better than others.
Hotel accommodated me when I asked to be at the quiet side of the hotel.
In general I would absolutely recommend. Also some beautiful little cats wandering around the hotel- not a cockroach in sight ❣️

Convenience to supermarket, restaurants, transport etc. it was so easy to get anywhere. Good location in general but especially with children aged 10 to 14 it was very handy for Aqua Land and Holiday World - both super hits!

Amazing, best sleep in Puerto Rico ever. Luxury apartment and was exceptionally clean. This is a great place. We have visited puerto Rico for 10 years and this is the best accommodation by far. Interior in common areas is so cozy and conducive to rest. Especially sunset areas, enough places for everyone!
The hotel based on the top of the hill. If you stay in the hotel, I would recommend to hire the car. Plenty of parking around. Breathtaking views from your room and pool guaranteed. Heated pool was a great unexpected addition. Food was lovely and freshly prepared. Reception staff is trying to accommodate all requests. There are some activities during the day and evening shows. You would not be disappointed if you book all inclusive.
A great furnished apartment with a very good kitchen area with everything you could need. The bathroom was also very nice!
The pool area was also good and the apartment is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the main resort area and a beach!
I would definitely stay again!
There is also a nice sea view from the balcony and another plus is air con which is not so common in many places in the area.
I look forward to coming back next year!
The property was clean modern and spacious, bigger than it looks in the pictures everything you need in the villa from pots pans every cooking accessory you need , dishwasher also a bonus , washing machine , tumble drier. Getting a taxi was also not a problem you can ring the Golf resort hotel 24/7 could get a taxi within a few mins straight to your villa to collect you for 6 people normally around 6-7!euros and is literally 2 mins to Puerto Rico centre , also a Spar shop around the corner from the villas with reasonable prices .
